Meet Kathy Bennett

My driving principle is that learning and healing can be fun and joyful, as well as productive and life changing.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a passion for learning about spiritual and healing practices, philosophies and techniques. I have had extensive training in a variety of modalities achieved through seminars, coursework, and reading hundreds of books. I am a lifelong learner who will always continue to explore.

Surprisingly, I began my career as a Mechanical Engineer working for a Fortune 100 company. Because of my scientific background, spiritual teachings and tools have to make sense and must be practical and useful to me. I made it my mission to find practical, spiritual tools and practices that really made a difference in my life and in those around me.

I began taking pieces of what I learned and practiced applying them in combinations and in new ways. In addition, through my experiences with Aikido, yoga, drumming and dance, I know the importance of integrating body, mind and spirit. Using a blend of these experiences, I’ve developed my own style of effective healing and teaching that allows me to help my clients to love their lives.

As I began working with clients several years ago, I was able to hone in on the tools that gave the best results and empowered my clients to access their own best answers from within themselves. I feel strongly about giving people tools they can rely on daily, in any situation. I have no desire to be anyone’s guru — I want people to become their own best resource.

I have helped many people learn how to access their personal connection with the Divine (God, Spirit, Oneness). From this deep place of knowing and clarity, they have been able to make fully confident choices that bring more joy, fulfillment and passion to all areas of their lives.

Applying these practical, spiritual tools to my own life helped me to navigate through challenges that initially showed no clear way through. I am blessed to be a partner in a strong, vibrant marriage of 25 years. My husband and I have two wonderful sons who were incredibly challenging to raise. Through knowing and accessing my own connection with the Divine and applying these practical tools, I was able to see how to help my sons go beyond the labels and grow into amazing, whole, successful young men. I was also faced with two painful, scary physical conditions. These tools not only helped me discover the path to wellness, I was able to truly know and love myself and attract abundance in the form of a loving, supportive family and like-hearted friends.

It is my passion in life to teach others these effective tools so that they can discover their own connection to the Divine and start to live as who they were created to be.

What do I mean by Divine Connection?

First of all, you are always connected to God (The Divine, Spirit, Oneness). It is impossible for you to be separate from God. God is everywhere at all times – which means there is no place that God is not.

I often speak about having a personal experience of your connection with the Divine. What I mean is that you become aware of this connection. You begin to know and understand what this connection feels like to you and how Divine peace, love, mercy, compassion, strength, etc. are available to you in every moment.

You can now have access to whatever you need in every moment.  The Divine (God, Spirit, Oneness) is first and foremost, unconditional love. You are a unique, holy, and perfect expression of that love. We tend to forget that this is who we really are – perfect, holy, loved.

Remembrance

I teach a practice called Remembrance, which is a simple way of remembering and experiencing your Divine Connection. From this new awareness and knowing, you will begin to see how to improve every relationship in your life, to truly love yourself just as you are, and to know and to share your strengths and gifts with the world. You will be able to begin making confident, life-enhancing choices.

Ask Me Anything

Contemplating change can be a scary thing. Sometimes the first step can be as simple as making contact. If you have any question at all, or even if you would just like to talk to me to see who I am, I encourage you to contact me.
