Applicable Law
By visiting Inside-Answers.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Service and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Kathy Bennett.
Site Policies, Modification, and Severability
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms of Service at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Refund and Cancellation Policies
Classes, Workshops, & Teleconferences
A place is reserved for you at the time of payment. There is a $25 processing fee for cancellations up to two weeks before the start of the Class, Workshop, or Teleconference.
If you cancel within the two weeks, you will be given credit towards any future courses offered by Inside Answers to be used within 18 months. NO refunds in the form of payment will be made if cancelled with two weeks prior to the start of the course.
Unless you have made prior arrangements with Kathy Bennett, if you are more than 30 minutes late or fail to show up for a Class, Workshop or Teleconference, you forfeit your payment fee and won’t be allowed to attend. Exceptions may be made at Kathy Bennett’s discretion for unforeseeable incidents that occur on the day of the Class, Workshop or Teleconference. It is the participant’s responsibility to call Kathy at the phone number provided in the confirmation email if such an event occurs to determine arrangements.
This policy is to insure that other attendees are able to receive the full content and experience of the Class, Workshop or Teleconference.
Private Consultation
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance. You will be billed for any appointments missed without notice. Emergency cancellations (less than 24 hours in advance) are handled on an individual basis. If you are late to your appointment, it will still end at the appointed time; you forfeit the time you miss, so please be prompt.
If you have arranged a payment plan, payment must be received in full by the due date or your appointments will be canceled.
Retreats
Your place in a Retreat is assured by receipt of an initial payment. This payment is non-refundable for any reason whatsoever (unless Inside Answers declines your registration).
Payment must be received in full by the due date or your reservation could be forfeit. You may still attend upon a space available basis with payment of the balance, which could be higher if the cut-off date for the hotel has passed.
Once you have made a commitment, we commit to paying your room and board and to other resources based on your anticipated presence. Therefore, once the full payment deadline has past we regret no refund is possible under any circumstances.
We regret these requirements, but they are directly related to the obligations we in turn must commit to with the chosen location.
Cancellation by Inside Answers
On rare occasions, it could be necessary to cancel a scheduled course. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of any registration fees you have paid. Inside Answers is not responsible for airline tickets or any other travel and lodging fees.
Products
Any physical product purchased from Inside-Answers.com may be refunded in full within 30 days for any reason. Please note: Due to their non-returnable nature, we cannot offer refunds on downloadable products.

If a physical product was purchased, return shipment to the above address is required before the refund will be issued. The product must be undamaged and un-opened, in a condition sufficient for subsequent resale.
Shipping
Shipping charges vary according to item, destination and service. Charges may be added to the initial processing of your credit card, or may involve a second, separate charge once costs are known. Product prices which include shipment are so indicated.
Please know that all import duties -which are nothing to do with shipping, are necessarily the responsibility of the purchaser. (Does not apply within US and Canada)
Once your payment has cleared we ship as rapidly as possible. We are very much aware you are waiting for your purchase. Please be aware delivery time also varies depending upon your method of payment and shipping options. We never process an order prior to receipt of full payment.
Risk of Loss
All shippable items purchased from Inside-Answers.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Payment Options
We do not process orders until full payment is received. Processing time varies depending upon method chosen.
You can use VISA or MasterCard. We regret we do not accept American Express, Discover or PayPal at this time.

Use of Free Services
Any use of free services provided by Kathy Bennett to clients, customers, visitors to this website, or participants in Inside Answers teleconference calls and other free services constitutes acceptance of the following disclosure statements and your agreement to absolve Kathy Bennett and Inside Answers of any and all liability:
